Dear Femi Onabiyi (IC3) Housing Officer and Wendy Metcalfe (IC1) Housing Service Manager,

Thank you, Femi Onabiyi (IC3), for the letter dated 6 February 2012.

On Wednesday 1st February 2012 I visited the Metropolitan Housing Trust offices at:
First Floor
St Georges Chambers
23 South Mall
Edmonton
London N9 0TS

to deliver my letter by hand.
To my horror a member of staff, appearance large IC3 Black African, who I now know by the name of Louis, refused to pass on my letter to the appropriate member of staff without even reading it, then swiftly returned to his desk behaving like a frightened, stupid, little African monkey.
I demanded to speak to his Superior.
Wendy Metcalfe, appearance IC1 White European, came over to speak to me and calmly introduced herself as the Housing Service Manager. Wendy Metcalfe (IC1) then took my letter and said she would send it on to the correct person, Leroy Stroiker (IC?).
I asked Wendy Metcalfe to send me a written explanation for the behaviour of Louis (IC3).

This experience has caused me to suspect that the behaviour of Louis (IC3) is the result of White Supremacist Racist conditioning.
Black people have been made stupid, dizzy, deluded, confused and severely retarded about what Racism is and how Racism works as a result of White Supremacist Racist conditioning since childhood.

The Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd might be aware of how, having achieved Moral Supremacy, the impregnable Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the invincible Black National Party (BNP) working within the Police Force, Civil Services and Community Organisations have successfully opened a new frontier bringing the United Races Racial Civilisation from London to The Shires to the United Kingdom and out to the rest of the world.

The Race Equality Inspectorate, as part of the Race Equality Secret Service (RESS), has not been ashamed to admit that the Race Equality Inspectorate has had some negative press as a result of their contribution to this great Racial Venture.


EQUALITY ACT 2010

The s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010 requires a public authority in the carrying out of all its functions to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics.

Organisations that are not "public authorities" are also required to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics whenever they carry out "public functions".

The six (6) protected racial characteristics as used by the Metropolitan Police will be used for Racial Clarity.

IC2 Dark European
IC3 Black
IC4 Asian
IC5 Chinese
IC6 Arab
White Supremacist Racist decision making does not eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity or foster good relations across the protected characteristics as specified in the s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010.

1. Organisations that fail to remove or minimise disadvantages connected with a relevant protected characteristic are "not fit for purpose".

2. Organisations that fail to take steps to meet the different needs of persons who share a relevant protected characteristic are "not fit for purpose".

3. Organisations that fail to encourage persons who share a relevant protected characteristic to participate in public life or any other activity in which they are under-represented are "not fit for purpose".

1. When exactly is the contractor going to make contact regarding the long outstanding repair to the intercom?

2. When can I expect a written explanation from Wendy Metcalfe (IC1) for the behaviour of Louis the large IC3 African?

3. Does the Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd have a well managed, effective and transparent Racial Equality Strategy?
  
4. Please send us a copy of the minutes where Racial Equality in the Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd was last discussed.

It is necessary for us to exercise "due diligence" in this inquiry to find out if the retreating White Supremacist Racists are working within the Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd to impact the decision making processes.

It is necessary for us to exercise "due regard" in this inquiry to find out if the retreating White Supremacist Racists are working, within the Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd, to delude, exploit, cripple and kill Black and non-white people.

White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.

In our experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Racial Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.
