Unfortunately this issue is no longer in my hands. The matter is now in the hands of the Police who will conduct a thorough investigation into this heinous Racist Crime.

I am sorry. Until you all have identified yourselves I can not believe anything you write. Please identify yourselves. Please follow due process and the correct procedures.

We would like to apologise if you perceived any grounds for offence. However, we also would like to be very clear that there is no evidence that Amanda assaulted you on racially aggravated grounds.

The 639 Enterprise Centre is run by a local charity, and has been developed as a centre to help local people get started in business and gain employment skills. We are always open to help those who are genuinely looking for assistance. However, we consider the nature of your behaviour during your visit to the Centre on 24 November 2014 to have been intimidating, and subsequent correspondence to be threatening. The Centre and Greater London Authority (GLA) will not tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour.

Accordingly, the 639 Enterprise Centre will not be able to assist you further. Dear Amanda,

Please would you confirm that you have received the hand written letter, dated Thursday 27th November 2014, time 14.51. I delivered the letter marked for your attention at 639 yesterday.
I left the letter with the receptionist.

I, Derrick Lynch, am a Black, male, IC3, B9, BEUR, a victim of Racism which is the same as White Supremacy. On the reverse of the letter I sent you is an illustrated copy of the British Government Race and Ethnicity Codes if you are unfamiliar with them.

On Monday 24th November 2014 at 16.20 you poked me violently in the right arm to get my attention while I was in conversation with two (2) other people. Your aggressive behaviour caused me alarm and distress contrary to section 4a/5 of the Public Order
Act. Your behaviour was Racially Aggravated Disorderly Behaviour contrary to section 4a/5 of the Public Order Act.

Please provide a written apology for your
Racially Aggravated Disorderly Behaviour that was witnessed by other people.

Please send the full apology for your
Racially Aggravated Disorderly Behaviour by email and leave a hard copy at reception which I will ask for every time I visit

Since you came in to see us this afternoon I have managed to locate your Team London account and change your settings as you requested. Just to confirm, you will no longer receive notifications when new volunteer roles matching your
