Dear Caroline,
Please ask the Chief Executive if he would be willing to increase the number of Directorship positions for Race Equality to better reflect the staff and the service users. If not please would you ask the Chief Executive what plans he has in mind to address this gross imbalance with a timescale.
There must be a solution.

I am sorry, I am unable to provide a full explanation, other than to say there are only three Directorship positions plus the Chief Executive, ie a very small number of people.
We would like the group to be more ethnically diverse and we follow strict equal opportunity procedures in recruitment but at present it so happens that none of the group is black.
