Dear Sarah Riley - Operations Manager Ingeus and Stuart Hogen,

Thank you both for your letters dated 18th July 2011 and 19th July 2011.

You wrote:
". . . We are not able to provide any further response to your enquiries as we addressed these issues in the previous letter we sent you."

I repeat that I am very disappointed and gravely concerned about the failure of Ingeus to provide evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.

You wrote:
". . . If you do not attend your next appointment I would have no choice but to forward your details to Jobcentre Plus."

I now suspect that you, Sarah Riley, are an incompetent, racist and lazy manager.
Why did you write that you have "no choice"?
Have you considered the following options?
1. Ask your superior to make a request for the Ingeus Race Equality Strategy Performance information I requested.
2. Keep setting dates for the mandatory appointment until such time that the Ingeus Race Equality Strategy Performance information has been provided.
Your failure, Sarah Riley, on the part of Ingeus has re-enforced my suspicions that the Ingeus organisation is a murderous bunch of Australian White Supremacist Racists working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.
Please would you forward a copy of this email to your superior. Ingeus might want to get a grip on this situation before things get out of hand and the shareholders find out.

I am unable to attend the mandatory appointment at Ingeus on Tuesday 26th July at 10am with Claire Massey or the Work Programme appointment on 8 August 2011 at 12:00, because I suspect that the Ingeus organisation is stirring up racial hatred by withholding Race Equality Strategy performance information and that Ingeus is a White Supremacist Racist organisation working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.

I am happy to agree a new date for a mandatory appointment with the Ingeus organisation after the Ingeus organisation has provided evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.

It is necessary for me to exercise "due diligence" in regard to this inquiry to find out if the Ingeus decision making processes are impacted directly or indirectly by White Supremacist Racists in positions of trust, authority and power.

White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.

In my experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Race Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.

This failure on the part of Ingeus has re-enforced my suspicions that Ingeus is a White Supremacist Racist organisation working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.

As a result of this failure, on the part of Ingeus, and my research into the history of the Ingeus organisation, I now suspect that the Ingeus organisation has been and still is directly and/or indirectly responsible for the murder of Australian Aborigines.

I am unable to attend the mandatory appointment at Ingeus on Tuesday 19th July at 4pm with Claire Massey because I suspect that the Ingeus organisation is stirring up racial hatred by withholding Race Equality Strategy performance information and that Ingeus is a White Supremacist Racist organisation working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.

1. Please would you send me information that shows how the Ingeus organisation has managed Race Equality internally at management level and above over the last 8 years.
