Dear Ruhena Begum,
Thank you for your letter dated 04/09/2012.
In regard to the Statement of the Reasons for the Decision I would like to appeal to The Upper Tribunal.
These are the reasons why I think the Tribunal made a mistake in the way they applied the law.
1. The Tribunal wrote:
". . . Mr - - - - - - does not dispute that the Secretary of State is entitled to make the type of arrangements referred to above to assist people to enhance their jobs skills . . . . ."
That statement is not correct.
I, a Black person (IC3.BEUR), do dispute that the Secretary of State is entitled to make the type of arrangements referred to above to assist people to enhance their job skills until such time that the Secretary of State, states that he/she is not a White Supremacist Racist and until such time that it can be shown that the decision making processes of the Secretary of State are not impacted by White Supremacist Racists.
2. The Tribunal wrote:
". . . Good cause is defined "some fact which having regard to all the claimant's circumstance would probably have caused a reasonable person of his age and experience to act or fail to act as the claimant did. . . ."
My age and experience as a reasonable Black person (IC3.BEUR), a victim of White Supremacy, caused me to act as I did and continue to do.
3. The Tribunal wrote:
". . . Mr - - - - - - has not provided any evidence to support his contentions about Ingeus or to demonstrate that he would be discriminated against by that organisation. . . ."
That statement is not correct.
I, a Black person (IC3.BEUR), have been discriminated against in that Ingeus has refused to allow me access to information that would help me to decide whether Ingeus is a White Supremacist Racist organisation or not. This fact is evidence which provides "good cause" for me to distrust and avoid the Ingeus organisation.
Please send me:
1. proof / evidence that The Upper Tribunal decision making processes are not impacted by White Supremacist Racists in positions of trust, authority and power.
2. proof / evidence that The Upper Tribunal service has a well managed, effective and transparent Racial Equality Strategy.
Because:
1. I suspect that The Upper Tribunal is impacted by Institutional Racism.
2. I suspect that The Upper Tribunal does not have a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.
3. I suspect that The Upper Tribunal decision making processes are impacted by White Supremacist Racists in positions of trust, authority and power.
4. I suspect that The Upper Tribunal has a problem with Race Inequality.
5. I suspect that The Upper Tribunal has White Supremacist Racist staff in positions of power working to confuse, abuse, exploit, cripple and kill Black and non-white staff and service users thereby making The Upper Tribunal “not fit for purpose” until such time that the problem of Race Inequality is solved.

Letter to the Tribunal Service
ReplyDeleteEvidently the Ring of Power forged by the Race Equality Secret Service has greater Power than the White Ring of Power forged by the White Supremacist Racist.
Is it correct to say that only IC3.BEUR (Black European) have the courage to use the Ring of Power forged by the Race Equality Secret Service against the White Ring of Power forged by the White Supremacist Racist?
Evidently IC3.BEUR have abandoned Credulity or the appearance of Credulity in their relations with White People.

Credulity
Credulity is a state of willingness to believe in one or many people or things in the absence of reasonable proof or knowledge.
Credulity is not simply belief in something that may be false. The subject of the belief may even be correct, but a credulous person will believe it without good evidence.

When the White Supremacist Racists resort to violence or the threat of violence or Economic Sanctions than that is solid evidence that the White Supremacist Racists are losing Power and getting weaker because in the case of White Power hidden Power is the best and most effective Power.
Under the System of White Supremacy all White People are racist suspects and therefore cannot be trusted.

For Black and Non-white people in the White World the real and only problem is White Supremacy regardless of whether or not the Black or Non-white person is aware of that truth.
The three statements above stands despite the British Olympic and Paralympic 2012 Public Relations Offensive and apparent promotion of White Supremacy.
