Dear Mrs L. Campbell - Manager
Thank you for your letter dated 9th August 2011 that I received on Friday night 12/08/2011.
". . . A doubt has arisen on your jobseeker's allowance because it appears that you failed to participate in the scheme known as the Work Programme by failing to undertake the activity that Ingeus told you to do.
We have been told that on 06/07/2011 you were notified to attend an appointment with Ingeus on 26/07/2011 at 10am but that you failed to do so.
Please give reasons for failing to undertake this activity before 17/08/2011. Please note that unless you provide a good reason for not undertaking this activity your benefit will be affected. . ."
The reasons I failed to undertake the activity are as follows:
1. I am very disappointed and gravely concerned about the continued failure of Ingeus to provide evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.
2. I am not prepared to risk having a meeting with Ingeus yet because I still suspect that the decision making processes are impacted by a murderous bunch of White Supremacist Racists working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.
3. I know or believe that Ingeus has an Equal Opportunities Policy but I need to know or believe that the Ingeus Equal Opportunities Policy is working.
I am happy to participate the the mandatory Work Programme just as soon as Ingeus provides evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.
These continued failures of Ingeus have re-enforced my suspicions that Ingeus is a dangerous and hazardous organisation for people classified as Black and non-white.
It is necessary for me to exercise "due diligence" in regard to this inquiry to find out if the Ingeus decision making processes are impacted directly or indirectly by White Supremacist Racists in positions of trust, authority and power.
White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.
In my experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Race Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.
