Dear Sarah Riley - Operations Manager Ingeus,

Thank you for your letter dated Friday 29th July 2011.

You wrote:

(1) I know or believe that Ingeus has an Equal Opportunities Policy.

(2) I need to know or believe that the Ingeus Equal Opportunities Policy is working.

Can you, Sarah Riley, understand the difference between points (1) and (2)?

If not please would you ask your Superior to help you.

Yet again I am very disappointed and gravely concerned about the failure of Ingeus to provide evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.

You wrote:

I am not prepared to risk having a meeting at Ingeus yet because I still suspect that the decision making processes are impacted by a murderous bunch of White Supremacist Racists working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.

I am happy to participate in the mandatory Work Programme just as soon as Ingeus provides evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.

I am unable to attend the Work Programme appointment on 8 August 2011 at 12pm, because I suspect that the Ingeus organisation is stirring up racial hatred by withholding Race Equality Strategy performance information and that Ingeus is a White Supremacist Racist organisation working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple and kill people classified as Black and Non-white.

I am happy to agree a new date for a mandatory appointment with the Ingeus organisation after the Ingeus organisation has provided evidence to convince me that the Ingeus organisation has had and still has a well managed, effective and transparent Race Equality Strategy.

These continued failures of Ingeus has re-enforced my suspicions that Ingeus is a dangerous and hazardous organisation for people classified as Black and non-white.

In 2011 Ingeus UK ranked 21st in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2011 – the largest independent assessment of employers in the UK.

Ingeus might want to stay among "The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for".

It is necessary for me to exercise "due diligence" in regard to this inquiry to find out if the Ingeus decision making processes are impacted directly or indirectly by White Supremacist Racists in positions of trust, authority and power.

White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.

In my experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Race Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.

The White Supremacist Racists have the smartest, cleverest, most sophisticated, most deceptive, most ruthless and most powerful members club / network in the known world.

The POWER of White people is being neutralised, by the Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the Black National Party (BNP), in a civilised, orderly, non-violent, dignified and peaceful manner for the greater good.

The White Supremacist Racists are losing power and getting weaker as a result of the valuable and magnificent work being done by the members of the invincible Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the Black National Party (BNP) working from the Moral High Ground in Glory and Majesty.

Ingeus Race Equality Public Relations and Damage Limitation

Please would you forward this email to the correct person to whom it might be of interest.

It appears that Ingeus might require some, what could be termed "Qualitative Easing" in contrast to "Quantative Easing", in regard to the organisations Race Equality Public relations. I have written to Ingeus to make them aware that it might be in their best interest to get a grip before things get out of hand and the shareholders find out what is going on.

Is this subject of any business interest to your organisation?
