Thank you for your email dated 01.12.11.

The Department of Work and Pensions have now confirmed that your claim for Jobseekers Allowance has been put back into payment and shows an ongoing award from 11.10.11.

The break in your Jobseekers Allowance claim is now for the period 13.09.11 - 10.10.11.

You have stated in your previous correspondence to us that you received no other form of income for this period and that you will be submitting your Post Office account statement once received to support this.   I have therefore reassessed your claim on this basis, putting your housing benefit back into payment.

I can confirm your claim is no longer suspended, however please ensure you provide your Post Office account statement once received.
