Dear Heather Jenkins,

Thank you for your letter dated 19th December 2011.

You wrote:
"I am writing to explain to you precisely the procedures regard sanctions applied for failure to participate in the Work Programme".

"You have been advised previously on many occasions by staff here at the Edmonton JCP that once you have been referred to the Work Programme any issues you have need to be taken up with the Provider concerned."

"Please would you refer any queries you have with your Work Programme Providers, the only issue we here at Edmonton Jobcentre can help you with is your signing appointments."


1. Who is directly responsible for referring me to Ingeus the "Provider concerned"?

The s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010 requires a public authority in the carrying out of all its functions to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and foster good relations across the protected characteristics as specified in the s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010.

1. Organisations that fail to remove or minimise disadvantages connected with a relevant protected characteristic are suspect White Supremacist Racist organisations.

2. Organisations that fail to take steps to meet the different needs of persons who share a relevant protected characteristic are suspect White Supremacist Racist organisations.

3. Organisations that fail to encourage persons who share a relevant protected characteristic to participate in public life or any other activity in which they are under-represented are suspect White Supremacist Racist organisations.

Organisations that are not "public authorities" are also required to have due regard to the needs listed above whenever they carry out "public functions".


You wrote:
". . . . . . We have no authority or process access to input sanctions which are dealt with by the DMA Office concerned."

2. Is it possible that there are White Supremacist Racist decision makers at the DMA Office applying sanctions on Black and non-white people who have concerns about "Providers" that are suspect White Supremacist Racist organisations because these "Providers" are refusing to provide evidence of a well managed, effective and transparent Racial Equality Strategy?

Please process these two (2) questions under the Freedom of Information Act.

It is necessary for me to exercise "due diligence" in regard to this inquiry to find out if White Supremacist Racists are working to confuse, delude, exploit, cripple or kill me.

White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.

In my experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Race Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.

The POWER of White people is being neutralised, by the impregnable Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the invincible Black National Party (BNP), in a civilised, orderly, non-violent, dignified and peaceful manner for the greater good.

The White Supremacist Racists are losing power and getting weaker every 24 hours as a result of the valuable and magnificent work being done by the members of the impregnable Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the invincible Black National Party (BNP) working from the Moral High Ground in Glory and Majesty humbling White pride and scattering the wicked before the Most High.


You White people are encouraged to join the United Races Racial Democratic movement and sort yourselves out for Racial Equality.
