A MITIE DANGEROUS RACIST INCIDENT

Please would you forward this email and letter to the correct person at the MITIE Group PLC,

On Tuesday 31 January 2012, my Father, a Black Gentleman, by the name of ---------------, living at ------------ in Edmonton Green in Enfield was Racially abused by a White woman by the name of Maggie Denton, appearance IC2, Dark Eyed European with grey hair, the Security Supervisor in the employ of MITIE Concierge Services.

Maggie Denton, the Security Supervisor told my Father:
1.       that I, his Son, have been attacking the tenants when I come to visit him.
2.       that I, his Son, must stop visiting him.
My Father has not been able to communicate with visitors because his continued requests for his security intercom to be repaired have been ignored or not taken seriously enough to have his intercom repaired. 

My Father and myself, when visiting, are experiencing direct and indirect White Supremacist Racist harassment and abuse.

The way that MITIE Group PLC respond to this inquiry will help us, and many others, get an understanding and overstanding of how serious the MITIE Group PLC are about Racial Equality.

The MITIE Group PLC might be aware of how, having achieved Moral Supremacy, the impregnable Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the invincible Black National Party (BNP) working within the Police Force, Civil Services and Community Organisations have successfully opened a new frontier bringing the United Races Racial Civilisation from London to The Shires to the United Kingdom and out to the rest of the world.

The Race Equality Inspectorate, as part of the Race Equality Secret Service (RESS), has not been ashamed to admit that the Race Equality Inspectorate has had some negative press as a result of their contribution to this great Racial Venture.


EQUALITY ACT 2010

The s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010 requires a public authority in the carrying out of all its functions to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics.

Organisations that are not "public authorities" are also required to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics whenever they carry out "public functions".

The six (6) protected racial characteristics as used by the Metropolitan Police will be used for Racial Clarity.

IC4 Asian
IC5 Chinese
IC6 Arab

White Supremacist Racist decision making does not eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity or foster good relations across the protected characteristics as specified in the s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010.

1. Organisations that fail to remove or minimise disadvantages connected with a relevant protected characteristic are "not fit for purpose".

2. Organisations that fail to take steps to meet the different needs of persons who share a relevant protected characteristic are "not fit for purpose".

3. Organisations that fail to encourage persons who share a relevant protected characteristic to participate in public life or any other activity in which they are under-represented are "not fit for purpose".

1. Can you arrange for Maggie Denton, appearance IC2, Dark Eyed European with grey hair, the Security Supervisor in the employ of MITIE Concierge Services to provide a written statement of what occurred on Tuesday 31 January 2012?

2. Does the MITIE Group PLC have a well managed, effective and transparent Racial Equality Strategy?
  
3. Please send us a copy of the minutes where Racial Equality in the MITIE Group PLC was last discussed.

It is necessary for us to exercise "due diligence" in this inquiry to find out if the retreating White Supremacist Racists are working within the MITIE Group PLC to impact the decision making processes.

It is necessary for us to exercise "due regard" in this inquiry to find out if the retreating White Supremacist Racists are working, within the MITIE Group PLC, to delude, exploit, cripple and kill Black and non-white people.

White Supremacist Racist are very smart, clever, sophisticated, deceptive and ruthless.

In our experience White Supremacist Racists accuse Black and non-white people of being intimidating and aggressive whenever Black and non-white people make inquiries about the performance of the Racial Equality Strategy in a suspect Racist organisation.
