The way that you respond to this inquiry will help us, and many others, get an understanding and overstanding of how serious the Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire Library Services are about Racial Equality.
You might be aware of how, having achieved Moral Supremacy, the impregnable Race Equality Secret Service (RESS) and the invincible Black National Party (BNP) working within the Police Force, Civil Services and Community Organisations have successfully opened a new frontier bringing the United Races Racial Civilisation from London to The Shires to the United Kingdom and out to the rest of the world.
The Race Equality Inspectorate, as part of the Race Equality Secret Service (RESS), has not been ashamed to admit that the Race Equality Inspectorate has had some negative press as a result of their contribution to this great Racial Venture.

The s.149 duty in the Equality Act 2010 requires a public authority in the carrying out of all its functions to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics.
Organisations that are not "public authorities" are also required to have due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to foster good relations across the protected characteristics whenever they carry out "public functions".
The six (6) protected racial characteristics as used by the Metropolitan Police will be used for Racial Clarity.

We received a report about a number of dangerous blatantly racist incidents that occured in Cheshunt Library in the Broxbourne District just before closing time on Saturday 28 January 2012.

Please would you help us with the following issues.
1. Can you provide, or let us know where we can get, Cheshunt Library CCTV footage of Saturday afternoon on 28 January 2012?
2. Can you arrange for both members of staff, Elaine and Loretta to provide written statements of what occured Saturday afternoon on 28 January 2012?
3. Does the Hertfordshire Library Services have a well managed, effective and transparent Racial Equality Strategy?
4. Please send us a copy of the minutes where Racial Equality in the Hertfordshire Library Services was last discussed.
