In our borough we have established through observation that the White Supremacist Racist want to directly or indirectly control the sexual activity of Black and Non-white people.

The Collective Consciousness of the Black Community is constructed and maintained by the Power Relationship with White People and therefore every aspect of the individual lives of Black People is permeated by White Supremacy.
