1. Has The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields Equality and Diversity Policy been well managed, effective and transparent on the issue of Racial Equality over the last few years?



2. Can you email me information that shows how well The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields Equality and Diversity Policy has been applied to ensure that The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields Racial Characteristics of staff and management has been reflecting the Racial Characteristics of the people served over the last few years?



3. How have you been ensuring that the decision making processes at The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields has not been impacted by White Supremacist Racists over the last few years?



4. Has anyone from Westminster Council made any effort to find out if The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields Equality and Diversity Policy has been well managed, effective and transparent over the last few years?



5. Please would you send me a copy of the minutes where Racial Equality was last discussed at The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields.



The way that you, an IC1 White person, respond to this inquiry will allow me and many others to know how serious The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields is about Racial Equality.

I was very pleased to have met you today and I found our short impromptu conversation very informative.



I became suspicious after Lee Sanders, an IC1 White person, suddenly became very agressive and unhelpful in my interview when I asked him about The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields Racial Equality Strategy and he was unable to locate any Racial Equality information on The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields website.
