Your failure has caused me to suspect that E.ON is a White Supremacist Racist organisation.
Please would you answer the following questions or pass this query up to your Superiors.
1. Are you, Tina Chant, a White person? (Yes or No)

3. Does E.ON have a well managed, effective and transparent Race Relations Strategy? (Send proof)
4. What Race and Ethnicity Coding system does E.ON use for the management of Race Relations? (Send proof)
5. What procedures are in place to protect Black and Non-White people from the impact of White Supremacist Racists on the decision making processes in E.ON? (Send proof)
As a Black person, I am concerned about how Race Relations in E.ON are impacting the Black community.

The letter you received informing you of the changes to your tariff and terms and conditions of supply has also been sent to all E.ON customers in the UK.
We made the decision to implement the changes in compliance with the request by Ofgem that we make our pricing clearer in order that comparisons can be made more easily when looking at what other suppliers may be able to offer.
E.ON has a well managed and effective Race Relations policy which is signed by all E.ON employees.
Our internal policies for dealing with race discrimination are robust and effective measures are in place in the work environment.
If you have any concerns that are specific to your E.ON electricity account please contact me on 0115 969 7342.
If I don’t hear further from you by 17 December 2013, I’ll trust that my explanation of why you were sent the letter has been accepted and consider the matter closed.
