Black and non-white people have been made stupid, dizzy, deluded, confused and severely retarded about what Racism is and how Racism works as a result of White Supremacist Racist conditioning since childhood.

I am an innocent victim of, Racism, White Supremacist Racist activity.
I need to exercise "due diligence" when tackling situations that might involve White Supremacist Racists.

You, Manager, have offended me, a Black, Male, IC3, B9, BEUR, by your apparent disregard for the Race and Ethnicity Code systems set in place by the British Government for the effective management of Race Relations.
I feel that your behaviour, Manager, is inappropriate and offensive, direct or indirect, blatant White Supremacist Racist behaviour. I feel that the Department for Work and Pensions is treating me as if I am Golliwog the Jaded Dog. I feel that your behaviour, Manager, is a threat to National Racial Security. It is a fact that Race is a protected characteristic of the British Government. You, Manager, are in danger of becoming an Enemy of the State.
10. How can the Department for Work and Pensions have a well managed, effective and transparent Race Relations strategy if the Senior Management have no respect for the Race and Ethnicity Code systems put in place by the British Government for the effective management of Race Relations? The way that you, Manager, manage this case will give Black people an insight into the culture and ethos of the Department for Work and Pensions. If you can not or will not answer the questions I have asked, please will you forward them to your Superior.

I am
writing to you about the letter we received on 13 December 2013 when you asked
inapproriate questions of Mrs Campbell and irrelevant comments. These questions
and behaviour is not acceptable and I am warning you formally that such
behaviour will not be tolerated.
Other
organisations that you may have contact with, for example the Local Authority,
may have been notified of the fact that your behaviour was unacceptable and
that your records have been marked. The marking of your records is solely for
the safety of staff and will not affect you in any way financially.
Your
records will be reviewed at regular intervals to establish whether your
behaviour has improved sufficiently to remove the marking. We are required to
take this course of action under health and safety legislation. Any further
incidents may lead to the Department taking additional action against you.
I must
point out that some of the language you have used in your correspondence to Mrs
Campbell is totally unacceptable. Should this office receive any further
communication from you which contains offensive, derogatory, or insulting
comments, we will not be responding and reserve the right to refer such abusive
correspondence to the appropriate authority.
We are
committed to treating you in a fair and polite manner. In return I expect you
to treat us in the same way. Therefore, I trust that you will make sure this
type of incident does not happen again.
If you
wish to contact me in relation to this matter, you should do so in writing to
the postal address above, quoting the reference at the top of this letter. We
will not accept any enquiries made by telephone or email.
