Subject: RE: FOI Request - Haringey Council European Race Relations

Dear Lesley Clay, Feedback Review Officer,
Thank you for your reply.

I fail to see how Haringey Council can have "due regard" for Race Relations without having any Racial data.
I need a full explanation from the correct person in Haringey Council for the missing Racial Data.
It appears that the difference between the IC1, North European Race and the IC2, South European Race, as recognised by the Police, has been overlooked by Haringey Council.
It is possible that there is poor management of relations between the IC1 White North European Race (Caucasoid) and the IC2 Dark South European Race (Melanochroid) and that this dreadful inequality is impacting relations between other Races and causing White Supremacy in the management of Haringey Council which is causing Haringey Council to fail in the Public Sector Equality Duty (Equality Act 2010).
Please will you forward my inquiry to the person responsible for equalities or give me the email address of the same person if you are unwilling to help in that way for Racial reasons.
Public Sector Equality Duty (Equality Act 2010)
The Public Sector Equality Duty (Equality Act 2010) requires public authorities to have ‘due regard’ to the need to:
1. Eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation and any other conduct that is prohibited by or under the Act.
2. Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a relevant protected characteristic and people who do not share it.
3. Foster good relations between people who share a relevant protected characteristic and those who do not share it.
Race a Protected Characteristic
As you probably know Race is one of the "Protected Characteristics" in the Equality Act 2010.
Refers to the protected characteristic of Race. It refers to a group of people defined by their race, colour, and nationality (including citizenship) ethnic or national origins.

Failure to manage Race Relations effectively results in the failure to address the problem of Racism.

It appears that from the information I am receiving from Haringey Council that there is a problem with Race Relations in Haringey Council. As a result of the way my request for information has been handled it has caused me to doubt the management of Race Relations in Haringey Council.
You, Lesley Clay, could be a White Supremacist. There is no way for me to know whether you, Lesley Clay, are a White Supremacist unless I ask and observe. I cannot afford to take the risk of assuming that you, Lesley Clay, are not Racist. That is why I must ask and observe your response. It is very relevant to know if you, Lesley Clay, are a Racist when making an inquiry about Race Relations in Haringey Council and the way Race Relations impacts the management of the people in the borough. Can you understand that?
Are you, Lesley Clay, a White person? Yes or No?
Are you, Lesley Clay, a Racist? Yes or No?
It is very clear that the Police recognise the Racial difference between the IC1 White North European Race (Caucasoid) and the IC2 Dark South European Race (Melanochroid) and record and use this data for legal purposes.
Please let me know who in the Haringey Council Equalities Department can explain why these Races are not recognised by Haringey Council in relation to the Public Sector Equality Duty (Equality Act 2010) .
I am very concerned that no effort is being made to foster good relations between the European Races and how this could be impacting Race Relations in general in Haringey Borough.
I look forward to your reply on this very serious issue.
King regards

Subject: FOI Request - Haringey Council European Race Relations
Dear Mr Lynch,
Thank you for your email dated 21 May 2015, which was passed to this team as you have submitted the following Freedom of Information Act request.
“Please would you send me data that shows that “due regard” to Race has been exercised in recording and monitoring Race Relations between the IC1 White Northern European Race and the IC2 Dark Southern European Race as required by the Public Sector Equality Duty (Equality Act 2010).”
I am writing to advise you that we do not keep records of relations between one race and another and do not recognise the descriptions that you use so we do not hold the information you have asked for.
Regards,
Lesley Clay
