Thank you for your reply.
Thank you for sending me the PACE Equality Policy.
I have found that too many organisations have a well written policy but make no effort to monitor or manage the policy. So they cannot tell if the policy is working or not.
I am over 25 years of age and I need support.
You may pass my contact details on to one of your advocates.
I am Derrick Lynch a potential service user of PACE.
I am concerned about Race Relations at PACE.
I am based at St John of God, Room A, 5 Hedge Hill, Enfield, EN2 8RU.
I am classified, by the British Government, as an IC3, Black, Male.
I have attached a illustrated versions of the Race and Ethnicity Codes as used by the British Police and Civil Services.
I am a victim of Racism which I understand as being the same as White Supremacy.
I have been trying to find out about the history of PACE and I have been reading the PACE website.
Please could you send me:
1. The PACE Race Relations Policy. (Received thank you)
2. A PACE report on how the Race Relations Policy has been performing to date.
3. Details of how PACE manages and monitors Race Relations.
4. Details of how many Black people are in, and have been in, Senior Management positions in PACE.

If you would like advocacy I will pass your contact details on to one of the advocates. Please indicate if you are over 25 or under 25 so I can put you in touch with the relevant advocate.
I attach the PACE Equality Policy.
Are you concerned about the racial profile of PACE as a service user? I am interested to know what your interest is on our racial profile and work. I lead on Equalities at PACE and have written the attached policy, ensured all staff attend Equalities training and are working from an Equalities perspective.
We have had at least one BME person in a Senior Manager role for several years.
